As we approach a post-Blade Runner world, what is next for architecture? We know it will have to contend with growing environmental exigencies, along with mass global urbanization and all its fallout, all the while being captured by selfies and disseminated via the world wide web. In the 1960's, design think-tanks like Archigram imagined what was next for architecture, conceiving of a future world of plug-in buildings and walking cities. Similarly now in 2016, the RAIC Metro Vancouver Chapter would ask you to envision what is in store for us in the next 50-100 years, once again to be realized on a 10" x 10" wooden panel.
